Our servicing division keeps things humming when it comes to your property. Our servicing division specialises in repairs and maintenance of door, window frames and hardware. We stock our custom vans with a range of rollers, handles, locks, sash cords, spirals, door closers, window safety devices and more. Our team of servicing techs can provide you a scheduled maintenance service, recommended for high use commercial doors.

We’ll also respond to any maintenance requests to make sure your doors and windows are up to shape. We work with custom joiners to remake sashes and can even extrude specially rubber seals and 3D print parts that are no longer made.

As with all moving parts, door hardware and closers will deteriorate over time. Failed hardware is a common cause of glass breakage, so we recommend regular servicing of high use commercial doors for preventative maintenance purposes.

Yes, we have vans set up especially for hardware replacements that carry a wide range of rollers on board.

In most cases, we will remove a damaged sash and secure the opening so that an exact replication can be manufactured at a joiner shop. We then paint and glaze the sash before installation.

All windows are designed to withstand a specified level of water and wind pressure. If during a storm, the wind and water pressure exceeds the design criteria for the windows, they will leak. Unfortunately, it is common to find windows that have been underspecified for the terrain.
When windows do fail, it’s usually due to age and deterioration of seals. In these cases, we can service drainage systems and replace seals. However, windows that are at the end of life will continue to deteriorate and cause problems. In these circumstances, we can provide window condition reports to help building managers make long term decisions to ensure the integrity of the building.
